Getting Your Hotel Listed on OTAs Part 2 - MakeMyTrip.com | Procedure

  How to List a Hotel on MakeMyTrip.com

MakeMyTrip is one of the most popular OTA in India. There are thousands of hotels, homestays and resorts listed on MakeMyTrip.com and a huge number of Customers use it to book their hotel rooms on a daily basis.

Unlike Booking.com, listing a hotel on MakeMyTrip is little difficult as it needs a hotel owner / operator to furnish a significant number of documents to MakeMyTrip too.

A hotel owner can list their hotel on MakeMyTrip.com using the following steps.

1. Make an account / register on in.goibibo.com.

2. Choose the type of property you are listing. You need to choose it from various options available i.e., Hotel, Resort, Homestay, House Boat etc.

3. Fill in all the details of the hotel like how many rooms does it have, how many categories does it have.

4. Mention Hotel address and add hotel location in the map and save it.

5. Add apealing photos of your property, room level photos as well as property level photos.

6. Add all the Hotel level as well as room level amenities that the hotel offers to the customers very carefully.

7. Submit the listing once you had filled all the details.

8. Once you submit the listing request, it will be assigned to one of their Business Developement Manager (BDM). The BDM will review your request and all the details filled by you and will check if all the required documents are submitted by you.

9. Once the BDM checks the listing request and completes all the documentation (Property documents and Bank Details) with the help of hotel owner. He then send the listing request for final Quality check.

9. Once the Quality Check team of MakeMyTrip approves your listing request, your hotel will go live on their website and application and will become avaialble for sale.
